What we believe
Technology should serve, not impress.
Too many companies endure their technology: tools that do not talk to each other, suppliers passing responsibility back and forth, AI that gets talked about endlessly and never deployed.
We do the opposite: clear responsibility, code that belongs to you, and decisions in writing. We measure, we document, and we say what we think — including “do not do this at all”.

The right word
“Partner” is not just a figure of speech.
The term is overused. Here are the four precise behaviours it covers here — verifiable, not declarative.
We discuss the need, not the order
A request rarely arrives in its useful form. Our first job is to trace it back to the real problem, even if that means contradicting the original brief.
We write down what is decided
Every trade-off leaves a trace: what goes in, what comes out, why. Nobody rediscovers six months later a decision nobody will own.
We hand back control on purpose
A client able to run their product without us is a satisfied client, not a lost one. Documentation and training are not optional extras.
We stay reachable after the invoice
Go-live is the start of the product’s life. A partner who vanishes on delivery was a supplier.
