Terms and conditions

These terms govern the use of the Nuvaris website and the digital services offered. For each engagement, they will be supplemented by a specific quote and contract.

1. Purpose

Nuvaris provides software design, web and mobile development, cybersecurity, search engine optimisation (SEO) and database administration services.

2. Quotes and orders

Every service is the subject of a detailed quote. An order is considered firm once the quote has been accepted in writing and any agreed deposit has been paid.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are stated in euros excluding taxes. Payment terms (schedule, deposit) are set out in each quote. Any late payment may give rise to penalties in accordance with the regulations in force.

4. Obligations of the parties

Nuvaris undertakes to perform the services diligently and in accordance with professional standards, under a best-efforts obligation.
The client undertakes to provide the information and access needed for the proper performance of the engagement.

5. Delivery and ownership

Unless otherwise stated in the contract, the source code produced is assigned to the client upon full payment. Open-source components and third-party libraries remain subject to their respective licences.

6. Maintenance and warranty

The terms of corrective and evolutive maintenance are defined in a dedicated contract. A warranty period covering defects may be provided for in the quote.

7. Confidentiality

Each party undertakes to keep confidential the information exchanged in the course of the engagement.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall within the jurisdiction of the French courts if no amicable settlement is reached.
