Carers invited by the patient HDS-certified host if required Clinical decisions stay human

Every minute on a screen is a minute away from patients.

In a medical practice, a multidisciplinary health centre or a home-care service, information passes between clinicians, reception, patients and carers — often by phone, on consumer messaging apps or on paper. A missed handover can delay care, and a misdirected document exposes health data, which the GDPR treats as a special category.

Tools that follow the patient from one clinician to the next.

Practice, care provider or health-tech company: we build what your clinical software does not cover, connected to it where its interfaces allow.

Secure patient portal

Documents and questionnaires exchanged outside email, with access for a carer if the patient agrees.

Care team coordination

Handovers, tasks and home-visit rounds shared between clinicians and reception, instead of phone calls and sticky notes.

Online pre-admission

Questionnaire, ID and health insurance details sent before the visit: reception can see straight away what is missing.

Logged access, appropriate hosting

Role-based permissions, logged break-glass access and an HDS-certified host where French law requires one.

Patient confidentiality starts in the data model.

Who may open which record, routinely or in an emergency: that is settled with the clinicians and shapes everything else. We list the health data the tool will handle and the hosting it calls for, then deliver a pared-back tool with its access log, its GDPR documentation and backups proven by a test restore. And an AI model never receives more health data than its task requires.

Our approach in detail
01

Reminders that give nothing away

Appointment reminders, invitation letters, home-visit confirmations and activity exports are sent automatically. A text reminder, however, never mentions the reason for the appointment or the department involved.

02

The right record, the right person

Patients sharing a name, locums, a patient under guardianship: identity and temporary access are planned in the data model, not improvised case by case on screen.

03

AI kept to protocols and correspondence

Finding a passage in your protocols, or pre-sorting incoming letters for reception to confirm: that is its scope. Diagnosing, prescribing or triaging an emergency is not.

Reception at the desk, clinicians on their rounds, carers at home.

We meet reception staff and clinicians at times that take nothing away from patients, and go through the communication book with them: it shows what the current tool cannot pass on.

Still doing handovers by phone?

Walk us through a handover that went missing between two clinicians, leaving out any patient details: that is exactly what a coordination tool has to prevent.
